On the average, buyers inspect 12 homes before making an offer. That means 11 other homes are competing against yours.
What that means to you as a seller, is..
In today's market, buyers are increasingly savvy. Many sellers are "testing the market" resulting in a high number of listings. This means the competition is stiff!
Working together, we can make sure your home gets the attention it needs to stand out from the pack.
Your job is to make your home bright, shiny, and clean--as close to a "model" home as possible. My job is to "tell the world" and work to gain maximum market exposure.
In other words, you need to listen to us, sellers, when we tell you to clean, declutter and freshen up your interior and exterior.
Oh and true story one of my agents are going through right now. We have a contract on a house for the seller, 1 week before closing, seller tells us she will not be removing her dead appliances from the basement. She can't afford to. Now, think with me. Do you think the seller is serious about selling? If you were a buyer do you want the old appliances that don't work removed?? YES!
"Working together" is key here. I am sure she was told upfront to get all the dead appliances out of the house and she didn't, now we have a stand off and an unhappy buyer and this just may not sell now. Hmmm.
If I were the buyer I would assume the seller is not serious and move on. This happens all the time.
Just trying to tell you....
