Mary Welch-Broker/Owner

I have been around business all of my life as my dad had his own business when I was growing up. I married Bob and he has had his own business for years and years. The entrepreneurial spirt is alive and well in our family.

I have found my bliss in real estate. I love helping buyers find their dream home and helping sellers make their move to a new beginning. My goal is to make the selling and buying as less complicated and confusing as it can be. It is a big investment for a buyer and I try to help both buyers and sellers make informed decisions.

I have been active in my community and I represent local residents on our Harper City Council. It is not always easy making difficult decisions that affect the general population so I try to see the big picture not just what would benefit a few people, but our entire community. Very tough job.

Sonya Smith-Salesperson

Sonya lives in Harper with her husband Fred and has been a member of the Harper community for quite a while. She has been Harper swimming pool manager for years and does a great job. You may continue to see her there each summer.

Arminda Gracia-Salesperson

Arminda lives in Augusta with her husband Juan but will be working all over the area. She is bi-lingual and is anxious to get working with the Spanish speaking people that need her assistance and anyone else looking to buy or sell.
